Website Azara
Are you naturally alert at night?
Do you find quiet environments calming—not boring?
Do you have a soft spot for elderly individuals and people who need steady, compassionate support?
We’re looking for a reliable overnight caregiver who understands that nighttime care isn’t about “doing nothing”—it’s about being present, attentive, and ready when it matters most.
This role is perfect for:
- Night owls who do their best work after dark
- Caregivers who value calm, routine, and meaningful connection
- CNAs, home health aides, DSPs, or compassionate individuals with caregiving experience
- People who want consistent overnight work without chaos or micromanagement
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
This is real care, not babysitting and not a security job.
During overnight hours, you will:
- Monitor clients to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and resting peacefully
- Provide reassurance and a calming presence if someone wakes up anxious or disoriented
- Assist with ADLs as needed (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, light meal prep)
- Support elderly individuals and clients with developmental disabilities and autism
- Handle light housekeeping to keep the space clean and organized
- Respond calmly and promptly to any overnight needs or emergencies
- Follow care plans and document care accurately
- Lift or transfer clients safely when required (training provided if needed)
Most nights are quiet — but your presence matters.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to care.
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, DSP, CNA, etc.)
- Patient, observant, and emotionally steady
- Comfortable working overnight and staying alert
- Able to pass a background check and provide references
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with mobility
- Respectful, reliable, and professional — even at 3 a.m.
Why This Job Is Worth Your Time
- Meaningful, one-on-one care — not rushed or overcrowded
- Predictable overnight shifts
- Supportive team that respects caregivers
- Work that actually matters to someone’s quality of life
- A role where being calm, kind, and dependable is valued
If you’re the kind of person who believes dignity doesn’t stop at bedtime — we want to hear from you.
Apply today and help make nights safer, calmer, and more comfortable for someone who needs you.
