This isn’t a job for the faint of heart. You’ll deal with messes, moods, and moments that break your heart wide open. You’ll have days where nothing goes as planned, where a client tests your patience, where you wonder if you’re doing it right.

And then—you’ll have the moment.
The smile.
The “thank you” whispered from someone who barely speaks.
The hand that reaches for yours in silence.
The look that says, “Because of you, I can still be me.”

We’re not hiring robots in scrubs. We’re looking for people who show up when it’s hard. People who can laugh in the middle of chaos, and who understand that dignity matters more than convenience.

If you’re someone who knows that small things—like warming up a meal just right or listening to a story you’ve heard ten times—can mean everything, we want you.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Helping with bathing, dressing, meals, and meds.
  • Being a calm voice when things get loud or confusing.
  • Cleaning up messes, literally and emotionally.
  • Spotting the little changes that could save someone’s life.
  • Running errands, being a driver, a listener, a fixer, a friend.

What You Won’t Be Doing:

  • Sitting around waiting to be needed—you’ll always be needed.
  • Pretending caregiving is easy—it’s not, and we’ll never say it is.
  • Working alone—we’ve got your back every step of the way.

Starting Pay: $13 an hour
Location: Wichita, KS
Experience: Helpful, but not required. Heart matters more.
